Sponsorship Opportunities

For maximum benefit, sponsorship notification and payment should be received four (4) weeks prior to the event. We will make every effort to involve our sponsors as soon as possible. Please notify us if you are sponsoring a specific event, or if your generous sponsorship can be applied to any of our events. To send your sponsor amount by mail, please make checks payable to CMAA Ohio Chapter and mail to the address shown near the bottom of this page.

Scholarship Sponsor

The CMAA Ohio Chapter presents an annual scholarship award to deserving college students to help them further their studies in our industry. At many of our events, we host a 50/50 raffle where donations that are collected are split with the winning raffle ticket holder. Platinum Sponsorship: $1,500

  • Two (2) tickets to use at each CMAA Ohio Chapter local educational event. Excludes CMAA national events and Ohio Chapter "premium" events (i.e. sporting events; golf outing; other events designated by the Ohio Chapter). The actual number of local educational events are established at the Ohio Chapter's discretion and may vary in number, but the Chapter takes reasonable efforts to schedule between four to six local educational events annually.

  • Signage at all Ohio Chapter local events (CMAA will provide).

  • Verbal recognition at all Ohio Chapter local events.

  • Opportunity to place marketing materials / company giveaways at Ohio Chapter local events.

  • Recognition (company logo and website link) on Ohio Chapter website and emails.

Platinum Sponsorship Application

Event Sponsorship: $250

  • One (1) ticket to use at the sponsored CMAA Ohio Chapter local educational event.
  • Verbal recognition at the sponsored event.

  • Opportunity to place marketing materials / company giveaways at the sponsored event.

  • Recognition (company name and website link) in sponsored-event emails.

 

Registration and payment for event sponsorships should be submitted through the specific event-registration page.

Gold Sponsorship: $750

  • One (1) ticket to use at each CMAA Ohio Chapter local educational event. Excludes CMAA national events and Ohio Chapter "premium" events (i.e. sporting events; golf outing; other events designated by the Ohio Chapter).
